I’m Andy, a former software engineer turned financial planner, passionate about helping tech professionals align their finances with their dreams.

Growing up in Silicon Valley, I was inspired by entrepreneurship and investing from a young age, leading me to transition from a decade in tech to financial planning. After experiencing burnout in my tech career, I intentionally designed my own sabbatical, deepening my understanding of financial strategies that support career transitions, early retirement, and financial independence.

Now, I help others navigate similar decisions—whether that means stepping away from traditional work, launching a business, or optimizing their equity compensation. I bring a problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and a deep understanding of equity compensation, tax planning, and financial independence strategies.

My work has been featured in USA Today, MSN, U.S. News & World Report, and The Sabbatical Project. I’m a Candidate for CFP® Certification after passing the CFP exam and I continuously expand my knowledge to provide my clients with the best insights.
